Did you know that the CIA has an "Iraqi Rewards Program" for information regarding the elusive Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD)?

Yes, they do. This is not a joke. In February 2004, the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) put on its website a web page in English* (now gone) and another one in Arabic (still present) about the Iraqi Rewards Program. Cash rewards were offered for information leading to the finding of "recently made" Iraqi WMD! One day, the English version went missing! A covert operation? Not only was the English version gone, all links that originally pointed to it were now reassigned to the Arabic version. Well... all except one, which this webmaster found. A message was sent to the CIA about the broken link using their contacts page. And, here is their response.†
